01Overview
Eventisimus respects intellectual-property rights and expects contributors and users to do the same. We review clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and comparable laws.
Eventisimus is operated by Saas Tech DOOEL Skopje, North Macedonia. We use the DMCA label here as a familiar copyright-notice route, not as a statement that the site is governed by United States law.
If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send us a notice using the process below.
02Filing a notice
To help us review your request promptly, your written notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail such as a URL for us to locate it.
- Your contact details, including name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
03How we review notices
We aim to review notices promptly. If a notice appears complete, we may remove or disable access to the material while we assess the request and, where appropriate, contact the parties involved.
04Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction as required by law.
05Repeat infringers
We may remove material and restrict or terminate access for users or contributors who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
06Image and source-credit corrections
If the issue is a missing credit, an incorrect credit, or another source-reference correction rather than a formal copyright claim, you may still contact us using the same inbox and include the relevant page URL, the correct credit details, and any supporting source information.
07How to reach us
Send copyright notices and counter-notices to dmca@eventisimus.com. Please include "DMCA" in the subject line so we can route it quickly.
