01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Eventisimus (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service, including contributors who submit festival information, photography, corrections, or written material.

02Description of service

Eventisimus is an informational cultural festival discovery website. It provides festival listings, maps, countries, categories, guides, and planning context for travelers and curious readers.

Eventisimus is operated by Saas Tech DOOEL Skopje, North Macedonia.

03Informational-only nature

Eventisimus is editorial and informational. It is not an official festival organizer, ticket seller, travel agent, or booking platform unless we explicitly say otherwise on a page.

We do not guarantee that any festival, route, venue, or partner listing is complete, current, or error-free.

04No ticketing or organizer role

Eventisimus does not sell tickets directly and does not control organizer operations, venue rules, entry conditions, or on-the-ground event management.

Any ticketing, venue access, or organizer support questions must be confirmed with the official source or the relevant third party.

05Your responsibility to verify information

You are responsible for confirming dates, prices, availability, safety, visas, weather, transport, opening hours, entry requirements, and any other travel or event details before making plans.

Festival schedules and local conditions can change at short notice, especially for movable, seasonal, or community-led events.

06Saved features and accounts

At present, saved festivals and theme preferences are device-based features stored in your browser. If account or profile features are added later, we may add separate account terms for them.

07Contributor submissions and user content

If you submit photography, writing, corrections, or festival information, you confirm that you have the rights needed to submit that material and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

You understand that submissions may be reviewed, edited for clarity, credited, or declined at our discretion, subject to any rights you keep in the material.

08Organizer requests and claim forms

Organizer claim and missing-festival forms are not live yet. If they are introduced later, you would confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to represent the organization or have a legitimate public basis for submitting the request.

If these forms are enabled later, you would understand that submissions are manually reviewed, that Eventisimus may verify the information through public sources, and that approval does not transfer ownership, direct editing rights, or any automatic organizer account access.

If the feature is launched in the future, Eventisimus may verify, edit, reject, supplement, merge, or remove submitted information. Conflicting claims may require additional review, and publication would not be guaranteed.

Organizer request drafts are not stored in local storage by the site, and no live organizer draft flow is active in the current launch.

09License granted to Eventisimus

By submitting content to Eventisimus, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with the Service, including for editorial, archival, crediting, moderation, and promotional purposes.

Where practical, we may credit you or link to your source, but we are not required to publish every submission, preserve every submission forever, or approve any claim or correction.

10Prohibited use

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest the site at scale without permission.
• Copy, republish, or redistribute substantial parts of the content without permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or its normal operation.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Misrepresent your identity or the ownership of content you submit.

11Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement of its content, is owned by Eventisimus or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

Festival names, organizer names, partner names, and third-party imagery remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, editorial, or reference purposes only.

12Third-party links and partners

Some pages link to official festival pages, travel providers, map services, image sources, and other external sites or partners. We do not control their content, policies, or availability.

13Affiliate disclosure

Some pages may include affiliate links to trusted travel partners for transport, accommodation, tours, gear, and similar services.

Affiliate relationships do not determine which festivals we include or how we describe them unless a page is clearly labeled as sponsored or paid placement.

14Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventisimus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any third-party site.

Your use of the Service and any travel plans you make based on it are at your own risk.

16Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Eventisimus harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your unlawful use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

17Changes to the service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, subject to any rights that cannot be waived by law.

18Termination or suspension

If accounts or other access-controlled features are introduced later, we may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security reasons, legal compliance, or repeated violations of these Terms. Future organizer access is not guaranteed by a successful claim submission.

19Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
