Tasmanian producers, chefs and musicians take over Hobart's Princes Wharf for a week spanning New Year, with food stalls, live entertainment and a fireworks display over the Derwent on New Year's Eve. Formerly Taste of Tasmania, it rebranded as Taste of Summer after a 2021 fire and continues on the same waterfront precinct.
