Bermuda Walls Mural Fest in Butterfield and Vallis and mural sites
Bermuda Walls is a mural festival that has repainted blank walls across Hamilton since its debut in 2024, pairing local and visiting street artists for a weekend of live painting, a head-to-head Secret Walls battle, and community activities at sites including the Butterfield and Vallis building. Founded by Spencer Butterfield, Nhuri Bashir and Glayson Leroy, the free, ticketless event has grown each year, with participating artists roughly doubling between its second and third editions.
Bermuda Walls held its first mural festival in Hamilton on April 13 and 14, 2024, founded by Spencer Butterfield, chief executive of the food distributor Butterfield and Vallis, alongside Nhuri Bashir, co-founder of Burnt House Productions, and artist and co-founder Glayson Leroy.
