The story

Bermuda Triple Challenge in Historic and cultural venues across Bermuda

Across a March weekend, competitors race through obstacles set inside three distinct Bermuda settings, historic St George's, the South Shore's beaches and the Royal Naval Dockyard, over three consecutive days as the Bermuda Triple Challenge. Despite a similar-sounding name, this is a separate obstacle-course race series from the January road-running Triangle Challenge. With 75-plus obstacles and OCR World Championship qualifying status, it draws both Bermuda locals and traveling obstacle racers.

Mud, walls and rope climbs replace pavement across three very different corners of Bermuda each March, when the Bermuda Triple Challenge runs an obstacle-course race through St George's, the South Shore beaches and the Royal Naval Dockyard on three consecutive days.

What is special

The part that makes it specific.

01

The place changes

What distinguishes this series is the venue variety built into a single competition: three days, three genuinely different terrains, cobbled historic streets, open sand beaches, and a stone-walled former naval fortress, each demanding a different physical approach to the same style of obstacle

02

The mystery stays covered

Combined cumulative timing across all three days, rather than separate winners per race, rewards competitors who can perform consistently across very different conditions instead of specializing in just one

03

The city starts moving

OCR World Championship qualifying status also gives the weekend real standing within international obstacle racing, distinguishing it from a purely local fun run, while the minimum age of 13 and flexible team sizes keep it accessible to a broad range of competitors
