Fenadoce Pelotas in Pelotas

Fenadoce is Pelotas' National Sweets Fair, running since 1986 out of a local tradition of egg-based confections recognized as national cultural heritage. Held roughly a month each June and July at the city's fairgrounds, it gathers dozens of family producers selling camafeu, quindim, bem-casado and other Pelotas specialties alongside a broader trade-fair program of food, crafts and live shows.
