What is special

The part that makes it specific.

01

The place changes

As the first festival of its kind in Costa Rica, this event brought the country's own Turkish community directly into the kitchen and onto the stage, rather than presenting Turkish culture through outside interpreters, staged specifically at a museum dedicated to popular culture rather than a generic event hall or food-truck lot

02

The mystery stays covered

Pairing traditional Turkish dishes with Costa Rican food in the same program gave the event an explicit cultural-exchange framing distinct from a single-nationality food showcase
