Festival Internacional Varadero Gourmet

Organised by Cuba's Ministry of Tourism alongside the Cubasol and Palmares hospitality groups, the Festival Internacional Varadero Gourmet has grown into a major gastronomy trade event, drawing over seven hundred attendees including dozens of foreign participants and exhibitors to the Centro de Convenciones Plaza America in a recent fifteenth edition. Programming centres on the historical fusion of Cuban and Spanish cuisine alongside chef competitions and hospitality industry conference sessions.

The Festival Internacional Varadero Gourmet has grown into one of the largest gastronomy trade events on Cuba's calendar, reaching a fifteenth edition that drew seven hundred and fourteen attendees to the Centro de Convenciones Plaza America, including eighty-four exhibitors, thirty-three culinary contestants, forty-seven foreign participants representing nine countries, fifteen conference speakers, eight sponsors and press representatives from thirty-six outlets.
