Droushia Halloumi Festival

Drousia's Halloumi Festival celebrates Cyprus's Protected Designation of Origin national cheese through hands-on production demonstrations, letting visitors compare handcrafted halloumi's different textures and tastes across multiple producers, paired with an onsite trachanas-making demonstration, a traditional grain and fermented-milk soup.
