Good Food Festival Grillfest in Parnu
Grillfest, now branded Good Food Festival - Grillfest, began in 1999 in Haapsalu before relocating to Parnu's Vallikaaru meadow after 2007 and dropping admission fees. Held the second weekend of June, it now draws more than 50,000 visitors across roughly 30,000 square metres, with hundreds of food and drink vendors centered on grilling and Estonian food culture.
Grillfest began in 1999 in Haapsalu as a modest grilling event, where all 25,000 attendees that first year received a cassette tape of food-themed songs alongside their 25-kroon ticket.
