An annual street-food and music festival on the forecourt of Thessaloniki's TIF Helexpo grounds, organized by SoulFood Thessaloniki each May, with more than twenty-five international food booths serving cutlery-free dishes across five days alongside two stages of music spanning hip-hop, soul, electronic and Balkan genres.
Thessaloniki's answer to the city's growing street-food culture takes over the forecourt of TIF Helexpo, the trade-fair grounds better known for the city's major international exhibition, and turns it each May into an open-air market of global cuisine paired with live music.
