Grenada Lobster and Lambie Festival in Carriacou and Petite Martinique
Grenada's Lobster and Lambie Festival celebrates spiny lobster and queen conch, the smaller Grenadine islands' signature seafoods, with cooking demonstrations and tastings across Carriacou and Petite Martinique each January. Launched as a first-of-its-kind event, it gives local fishers and cooks a dedicated platform distinct from Grenada's larger chocolate, spice and rum-focused food festivals.
