The Ventspils International Flower Carpet Festival is the only event of its kind in Latvia and the first of its kind in the Baltics, staged in Renka Garden as part of the wider Ventspils City Festival. Its 23rd edition returns July 31 to August 2, 2026 after a one-year break, with 22 teams from six countries building standing flower-carpet arrangements two metres tall and one metre wide around the theme 'Sunflowers'.
