Byblos's Old Souk, a network of covered stone alleyways built along an old Roman road and developed further under Ottoman rule, functions less as the site of one single named Old Souk Festival and more as a recurring venue for a series of seasonal markets and events organized under the In Action Events banner together with the Souk el Akel food market brand.
