The Milestii Mici Wine Run is a 10km race held roughly 100 metres underground within the tunnels of the Milestii Mici winery, about 20km from Chisinau. The winery, founded in 1969, holds the Guinness-certified Golden Collection of over 1.5 million bottles across 200km of tunnels, and the race offers Only Degustation, 10km Race Standard, and 10km Race Plus Degustation packages.

The Milestii Mici Wine Run takes an ordinary road-race format and moves it somewhere almost no other race goes: roughly 100 metres underground, inside the tunnel network of the Milestii Mici winery, about 20km outside Chisinau.
