The Soalheira Cheese Fair is an annual gastronomic fair held each May in Soalheira, a parish of Fundao in the Beira Baixa region, now in its eighteenth edition, celebrating the parish's artisanal sheep's-milk cheese, including a wheel named the World's Best Cheese at the 2024 World Cheese Awards.
