An annual wine and grape-growing festival held in the khutor of Pukhlyakovsky on the Don river, drawing Rostov region's winemaking and viticulture producers together each late September for a working, farmer-led market rather than a tourist fairground, with regional government backing standing behind it since its earliest editions.

Each year on the last Saturday of September, the khutor of Pukhlyakovsky, in the Ust-Donetsky district of Rostov region, hosts Donskaya Loza, an oeno-gastronomic festival built around the winemaking and grape-growing enterprises of the wider Don river region.
