Zupa Grape Harvest in Aleksandrovac
Zupa Grape Harvest is a September wine festival in Aleksandrovac, held annually since 1963 under the town's wine fountain, built in 1969, where visitors can taste local wine for free. The event pairs a grape-treading-by-foot tradition and a dedicated wine street with an agricultural exhibition, drawing large crowds to Serbia's Zupa wine region each autumn.
In the center of Aleksandrovac stands a fountain that, once a year, does not run with water but with wine.
