Sajam pirotske peglane kobasice celebrates Pirot's peglana kobasica, a pressed sausage made from veal, sheep, and goat meat and hand-pressed daily for around 40 days of curing. Held the last weekend of January since roughly 2013, its 12th edition in 2025 gathered around 36 exhibitors alongside distilleries, wineries, and Pirot's dairy and cheese producers.
