Praslin Culinary and Arts Fiesta in Praslin

Praslin Culinary and Arts Fiesta is a multi-day event organised by the Creative Seychelles Agency, part of the Seychelles National Institute for Culture, Heritage and the Arts, bringing artisans, chefs, hoteliers and communities together on Praslin. Running since at least 2019 and staged around Cote d'Or, it combines food, craft and art displays with a public sporting activity, drawing participation from Praslin's hotel estates.

Praslin is Seychelles' second-largest granitic island, known internationally for the Vallee de Mai nature reserve and its coco de mer palms, but its resident population works largely in tourism, running the boutique hotels, guesthouses and restaurants clustered around Grand Anse, Cote d'Or and Baie Sainte Anne.
