An autumn wellness and agricultural festival in Geumsan, the historic center of Korea's ginseng trade for over four centuries. Running since 1981, it combines ginseng health treatments, harvesting demonstrations, craft displays, and direct market shopping across a sprawling herbal medicine trading complex that still supplies much of the country.

Geumsan has grown and traded ginseng for more than a millennium, and for the last four hundred years its market has stood as one of the largest ginseng trading hubs anywhere, still handling a large share of Korea's total ginseng production today.
