Fete des Vignerons Vevey

The Fete des Vignerons is a UNESCO-recognized winegrowers' festival held in Vevey only five or six times per century, most recently in 2019, called by the Confrerie des Vignerons rather than run on a fixed calendar. When staged, it fills the lakeside market square with a vast theatrical pageant celebrating winegrowing life, performed by thousands of local participants. No new edition is currently scheduled; treat this as background on a rare, generational tradition rather than an annual event.
