Festival Vystavka Prodazha Kartofelya is Tajikistan's potato exhibition and sale festival, first held in Dushanbe on the initiative of President Emomali Rahmon. Farmers from across the country bring their best potato varieties, with around 400 tons offered for sale at roughly half the usual market price, alongside decorative displays sculpted entirely from potatoes.
