The Ayimolou Festival, known as AYIF, is a Lome food festival celebrating ayimolou, a beloved Togolese rice-and-beans dish. Organized by the association NADDAF with support from the Golfe 2 commune, its second edition ran April 3 to 8, 2026, at the CETEF Togo 2000 esplanade, following a first edition in April 2025.
