Adana Taste Festival in Adana

Held each October in Adana's Merkez Park since 2017, the Uluslararasi Adana Lezzet Festivali (International Adana Taste Festival) is a citywide gastronomy event built around the region's food heritage, with Adana Kebabi as its most famous but far from only feature, alongside heritage dishes, chef demonstrations, and sustainability-focused programming.

Every October since 2017, Adana's Merkez Park becomes the stage for the Uluslararasi Adana Lezzet Festivali, or International Adana Taste Festival, a free, government-backed event organized by the Adana Governorship in cooperation with the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
