Harwich Cranberry Arts and Music Festival in Harwich
The Harwich Cranberry Arts and Music Festival fills the Harwich Community Center each September with a juried arts and crafts fair of roughly one hundred fifty vendors alongside a live-music tent known as CranJam, free to attend. Running since the mid-1970s, it marked its fiftieth year in 2024 and draws its name from the town's historic cranberry-bog identity.
Harwich's identity as cranberry country goes back to the region's nineteenth-century bogs, and the town has preserved that history formally through Brooks Academy Museum, which holds Cape Cod's largest exhibit on cranberry cultivation.
