Minnesota Garlic Festival in Hutchinson
The Minnesota Garlic Festival is a one-day festival held in mid-August in Hutchinson, Minnesota, organized by the Sustainable Farming Association's Crow River Chapter as both a community celebration and a fundraiser supporting sustainable agriculture. It features garlic growers, celebrity chef demonstrations, live music, artisan vendors, wine and craft beer, and a garlic-growing contest.
The Minnesota Garlic Festival grew out of the work of the Sustainable Farming Association, a statewide nonprofit organized into regional chapters that support farmers transitioning toward more sustainable, soil-healthy practices.
