The Sea Witch Festival fills Rehoboth Beach's boardwalk and downtown streets each late October with a Halloween-themed costume parade, a costumed dog parade, and a townwide scavenger hunt called the Sea Witch Hunt. Organized since 1989 by the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce, it has been repeatedly named among the country's best fall festivals.
