Bite of Seattle in Seattle
Bite of Seattle is a large annual food festival held at Seattle Center, gathering dozens of local restaurants, food trucks and beverage vendors for a weekend of sampling, live music and celebrity chef demonstrations. Running since the early 1980s, the festival draws hundreds of thousands of visitors as one of the region's largest showcases of Pacific Northwest dining.
Each year, Seattle Center, the civic campus built for the 1962 World's Fair, turns into a sprawling open-air food court for Bite of Seattle, a weekend festival that has run since the early 1980s and grown into one of the largest showcases of Pacific Northwest dining anywhere in the region.
