Territorial Holiday Music Festival in Fagatogo/Tafuna
A decades-old December festival in which American Samoa's government departments and agencies each stage short musical performances against one another, organized by the territorial Arts, Culture and Humanities Council. Held alongside a Farmer's Market, Bazaar and Kid's Corner, it coincides with the territorial Christmas tree decoration overseen by the First Lady's Office.
Government departments in American Samoa do not typically perform for the public, but for one week each December they do, staging short choreographed musical numbers against each other at the Territorial Holiday Music Festival, an event organized by the American Samoa Council on Arts, Culture and Humanities that had reached its 48th edition by the mid-2020s.
