Festival Internacional de Pallasses in Andorra la Vella
FIPA is Andorra la Vella's international clown and comedy festival, founded in 2001 by Pepa Plana at Tortell Poltrona's proposal and revived by the Comú as an annual spring event since 2018, typically held in early May and centred on promoting women performers within clown and circus arts through street and stage performances across the capital.
