Valparaiso Book Fair in Valparaíso
Valparaiso Book Fair is a municipally organized event held each January in Chile's historic port city, separate from both Santiago's FILSA and the neighboring fair in Vina del Mar. Set up in a public square or along the waterfront, it draws on Valparaiso's long literary and bohemian reputation, favoring regional and Chilean publishers. Visitors often pair it with the city's hillside neighborhoods, street art and Pablo Neruda's La Sebastiana house.
