Altavoz Festival in Medellín

Altavoz Festival is Medellin's free October showcase for rock, metal, punk and other alternative genres, launched in 2004 to give the city's underground musicians a reliable stage. The program now spans seven categories, from rap and reggae to core and punk, and has grown to include free open-air Ciudad Altavoz concerts in public parks beyond the main venue.
