Festival de Conte d'Abidjan in Abidjan

Festival International Parole de Conteur, held in the Abobo Avocatier area of Abidjan, celebrates oral storytelling tradition, with its 9th edition running November 8 to 11, 2023 and drawing participants from Benin, Togo, Cote d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso and France. The festival was founded by promoter and general commissioner Amoin Koffi with the ambition of uniting storytellers across Africa.
