Festival des Arts de Rue d'Abidjan in Abidjan
Festival International Jeunesse et Arts des Rues d'Abidjan, formerly known as FIPRE, is an April street-arts festival celebrating youth culture across Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire. The city's street-art scene also includes gallery-crossover events such as Abidjan Street Act#1: de la rue au MUCAT at the Museum of Contemporary Cultures, while nearby Grand-Bassam runs its own separate Festival des Arts de la Rue since resuming in 2012.
Each April, Abidjan channels its youth culture into the streets through the Festival International Jeunesse et Arts des Rues d'Abidjan, an event that grew out of the earlier festival known as FIPRE.
