Stencibility has run in Tartu since 2010, making it one of Europe's longest-running street art festivals. Covering stencils, posters, stickers, paste-ups, installations and murals rather than one technique, it lets artists work without submitting sketches in advance, adding more than 30 new artworks across Tartu's neighbourhoods in recent editions.
