Hope Carnival Lautoka in Lautoka
Hope Carnival Lautoka brings the touring Centre of Hope charity carnival, themed around one community, one voice against drugs, to Fiji's Sugar City, typically running in late April into early May with a float procession, pageant, food stalls and amusement rides. It is distinct from Lautoka's own separate, long-running Lautoka Sugar Festival. It suits visitors wanting a fairground experience tied to organized public health advocacy programming.
Hope Carnival Lautoka is another staging of the touring charitable carnival series produced by Ana Masere Events for the Centre of Hope, bringing the same one community, one voice against drugs advocacy theme, alongside programming on domestic violence, youth empowerment and mental health, to Fiji's second-largest city following the tour's typical stop in Nadi.
