Marneuloba in Marneuli
Marneuloba launched as a new, explicitly multi-ethnic city day for Marneuli, a Kvemo Kartli municipality with a predominantly Azerbaijani population alongside Georgian and Armenian communities. Its first edition combined exhibitions, invited musical groups and fireworks in the town's Growing Again park, with its continuation as an annual event described as conditional rather than yet firmly established.
Marneuloba began as a newly conceived event for Marneuli, a municipality in the Kvemo Kartli region where the population is predominantly ethnic Azerbaijani, alongside significant Georgian and Armenian communities, making it one of the most ethnically diverse municipalities in the country.
