A young but growing Conakry book festival, now in its second edition within barely a year of launching, run by the Association of Guinean Book Vendors at the Franco-Guinean Cultural Center, mixing trade advocacy about digital reading challenges with book donations to local Conakry students each edition.

Festival des Bouquinistes de Guinee held its first edition in May 2025 and returned for a second run in March 2026, both times organized by the Association of Guinean Book Vendors and staged at the Centre Culturel Franco-Guinéen, making it one of the newer additions to Conakry's cluster of book-focused cultural events alongside the older 72 Heures du Livre and the youth-oriented Salon de la Lecture.
