18dART Community Arts Festival in 18 districts

A citywide network of district-level community arts programmes across all 18 of Hong Kong's districts, run by the Community Programmes Office since being extended citywide in 2021-22, spanning music, Chinese opera, theatre and multimedia performance rather than one single festival date, venue or format each year.

Hong Kong's Community Programmes Office introduced 18dART, its Community Arts Scheme, in the 2019-20 season in a handful of districts before extending the initiative to all 18 districts of the city, spanning Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, in 2021-22.
