Dublin International Film Festival in Dublin
Dublin's late-February to early-March film festival, founded in 2003 and known at various points as Jameson DIFF and Audi ADIFF before returning to its original name, screening dozens of international and Irish features and shorts at the Light House Cinema and Irish Film Institute, with eighty-three features, including seventeen world premieres, and fifty-three shorts screened across a recent ten-to-eleven-day edition.
Founded in 2003, this festival has run continuously under sponsor-prefixed names over the years, from Jameson DIFF to Audi ADIFF, before settling back to its plain title, a history of shifting title sponsorship rather than any actual rebrand or replacement by a different event.
