Hutzot Hayotzer International Arts and Crafts Fair has run each August since the late 1960s at Sultan's Pool beneath Jerusalem's Old City walls, hosting visiting craftspeople, jewellers and artists from Israel and abroad alongside concerts, in one of Israel's longest-established annual craft events.
