Cinema South Festival Sderot in Sderot
An international film festival coordinated by Sapir College's Film and Television School and held at the Sderot Cinematheque since 2002, mixing Israeli and international cinema in a border town near the Gaza Strip. The festival has repeatedly adapted its format and venues during periods of regional security disruption while maintaining its core identity as a week-long screening program tied to the western Negev.
