A Tel Aviv science fiction and fantasy film festival that split from ICon in 2010, now based at the Tel Aviv Cinematheque and focused on curated genre cinema rather than a fan-convention format. Utopia also runs a companion digital magazine of the same name, extending its focus on speculative fiction culture beyond the festival dates.

Utopia split off from ICon in 2010 following a dispute among organizers of what had been a single Tel Aviv genre convention, and has since developed as its own festival for science fiction and fantastic-genre film, based at the Tel Aviv Cinematheque rather than the Eshkol Pais convention hall ICon retained.
