Paulilatino's Carnival centers on Sos Corrajos, the village's own mask group, whose horned Su Boe figures open a procession driven by horn-blowing Sos Domadores. Guest masks including Mamoiada's Mamuthones and Neoneli's Sos Corriolos join the parade through Piazza Itria on a cold February afternoon each year.
