Pordenonelegge fills Pordenone's historic center each September with author readings, interviews and panel discussions staged in courtyards, churches and piazzas rather than one central venue. Founded in 2000 and run since 2013 by a dedicated foundation, it draws major Italian and international writers and is one of the country's most respected literary festivals.
