Amman Book Fair in Amman

Jordan's annual autumn book fair, now in its mid-twenties of editions, brings hundreds of publishing houses from roughly twenty countries to the Jordan International Exhibition Centre at Mecca Mall. Organized by the Union of Jordanian Publishers with the Ministry of Culture and Greater Amman Municipality, it centers on publisher stalls, new titles, and author events rather than performances.

The Amman International Book Fair marked its 24th edition running from late September through early October 2025, having grown from origins around the turn of the millennium into one of the region's recurring publishing gatherings, organized by the Union of Jordanian Publishers in cooperation with Jordan's Ministry of Culture and the Greater Amman Municipality.
