Founded in Amman in 2010 by Ma3mal 612 Think Factory, the Karama Human Rights Film Festival screens documentaries, features, shorts and animated films centered on human rights themes, opening in the capital before touring several Jordanian governorates each edition under a different annual theme tied to rights and dignity.

Ma3mal 612 Think Factory established the Karama Human Rights Film Festival in Amman in 2010 as the first festival of its kind in Jordan, building it specifically around screen arts that engage human rights issues across the Arab region and beyond.
