Boun Ork Phansa Luang Prabang in Luang Prabang

Luang Prabang's Boun Ok Phansa centers on Lai Heua Fai, the Festival of the Boats of Light, in which villages build large illuminated naga-shaped floats and parade them to Wat Xieng Thong before setting them into the Mekong.
