Vilnius International Short Film Festival in Vilnius

Running every January since 2006, Vilnius International Short Film Festival is Lithuania's only dedicated short film festival and an Academy Awards and European Film Awards qualifying event. Its International Competition screens around thirty-five global shorts, paired with a National Competition of up to fifteen new Lithuanian short films.

Vilnius International Short Film Festival has run every January since it was established in 2006, and has grown into the only dedicated short film festival in Lithuania and one of the largest of its kind in the Baltic countries, qualifying selected winners for both the Academy Awards and the European Film Awards.
